0-0 at Sandheys Park on 22nd January 1938, but back at the Lane, Spurs won 5-2, with the goals coming from Johnny Morrison 2, Jackie Gibbons 2 and Colin Lyman for Tottenham and an Arthur Hitchins own goal and Hugh Bulloch for the visitors.
