Julian Delicata failed to make it through the youth systems at Norwich City and Tottenham, but moved on to become a regular scorer in and around the East Anglian non-league scene.
Julian was a striker in Norwich's "B" Youth Team in the 1994/95 season, but he moved to Spurs as a trainee. Delicata played in the South-East Counties Division 2 side, but failed to be retained and he went back to his native Norfolk. Initially, he signed for King's Lynn in 1997 before moving on to Fakenham Town before returning to play Kings Lynn. A change of manager saw the forward released to join Watton United, but Delicata moved back to Fakenham. He did have a spell at Dersingham, but once more re-signed for Fakenham and was still there in 2008.
