Best moment of your career ?
I remember the national anthem being played in the Azteca Stadium in Mexico City before our World Cup quarter final against Argentina in 1986.  It was one of those spine-tingling moments when you knew you were in a huge game.  There was animosity between the two countries because it was the first time we had met since the Falklands War, so relations were a bit strained.
We were both defending our corner on a football pitch.  I didn't realise until after the game that Diego Maradona had used his hand to help the ball into the net for their first goal.  I was aware something was wrong, but couldn't dwell on that, I had to get on with the game.  His second goal was spectacular.  Fifteen seconds of brilliance came out in one mazy, long run that showed his ability to destroy teams.

In 2010, Hodge was married to Ali with three children - Josh, Elliot and Amber.  They lived between Nottingham and Leicester close to the East Midlands Airport.
Had worked in the Nottingham Forest Academy for about four years working with the Under-14 and Under-15s.  He has gained his coaching qualifications some time before.
