A young player who starred for the Spurs Academy Under-18 side, but was released and moved around to find a club in the lower divisions.
The youngster joined Bradford City after being let go by Tottenham, but started only one match and made eight appearances from the bench, but hit two goals. He was put out on loan to Cambridge City in January 2008 for a month, but returned to Yorkshire at the end of the spell.
Frustrated by his lack of opportunities, Luke refused the offer of a new contract and headed back to London, signing for Barnet, where he had played for the Bees' youth team in the past.
In March 2009, he went out on loan to Havant & Waterlooville to get some first team action.
