West Middlesex League.
Having been signed as an apprentice, Keith was a youth team regular in 1971-72 season
and moved up to establish himself in the Football
Combination side of 1972-73, after he had signed
professional terms. In the same season, Osgood played in
two England Youth games in Italy.
An ankle injury picked up in a reserve match v Southampton on 07.04.1973 forced his withdrawal from the England Youth squad invited for training at Lilleshall.
Keith Osgood signed pro with Spurs in May 1972. In 113
league games, he scored 13 times and left to join
Coventry in January 1978 for £130,000. Went on to Derby
County and signed for Orient in December 1981 for
£20,000 making 36 apps before leaving for Cambridge
United in November 1984.
