Signed as an amateur originally, but turned professional in July 1969

Made his league debut for Spurs at West Bromwich Albion on Easter Saturday 28th March 1970 in a 1-1 draw.

Scored his only goal for the club in the League Cup semi-final first leg away at Chelsea on 22nd December 1971.

Left Tottenham to join Charlton Athletic.
