28.04.2008 A visit to Reading saw a game played as the heavens opened to make conditions difficult, but both sides had good spells to draw 2-2.  

Although Reading were in the ascendancy in the early stages, with 39 minutes gone, Tomas Pekhart finished off good play between Troy Archibald-Henville and Jon Obika to give Tottenham the lead and that became 2-0 in the 50th minute, as Obika got to the line and pulled it back for Jake Livermore to shoot home. 

The rain teemed down and the Reading side, containing a high percentage of first-teamers, hit back late on with a goal from Jimmy Kebe and a 20 yard strike from winger John Oster.
