A young goalkeeper, who came through the youth system at White Hart Lane, but could not dislodge the big signings ahead of him.
For this reason, Kevin was given the opportunity to get first team experience as a youngster with loan spells at Farnborough Town, Woking, Cambridge United, Hartlepool United and Oxford United, where he enjoyed making a good impression.
A slightly rotund and not the tallest of keepers, perhaps his future at the top level might have been beyond him, but he did make one start in the League Cup and a sub appearance, but eventually, he was allowed to leave for a place at Brentford, where he had a successful career. Having played over 250 matches for the Bees, Kevin moved on to complete his career at Torquay United and Wrexham.
Moving into coaching, he took up roles at Millwall, home town club Luton Town and Stevenage Borough.
In the summer of 2008, Kevin joined the staff at Leyton Orient taking on the joint roles of goalkeeping coach (having been at the club in a part-time capacity since 2007) and Head Scout.
