Neil Johnson was a young winger who came up through the ranks at Tottenham but never found a regular place in the team.
Made 38 appearances between October 1965 and January 1971, scoring six goals, but left to join Torquay United in the summer of 1971.
He suffered with prostate cancer later in life and his son Johnny died at the age of 35 with cancer.
Was a cab driver in Uxbridge, Middlesex in 2006.
