A talented schoolboy footballer in Essex, Ross Outram first joined Spurs on associated schoolboy papers in 1991, before upgraded to a trainee in 1994.
Had played for Essex Schools and the Barking & Dagenham District side.
Had been working as a pit trader in the stock Exchange with Refco Futures, then in May 2011, Ross was working as a London cabbie and it was reported that he had been picked as one of 15 people from 8,000 applicants to work with stock market trader Mike Baghdady's firm Training Traders. Each was given £100,000 of Baghdady's money to bet on the markets, keeping a share of the profits made. Ross said in The Sun, “It feels absolutely amazing and a real privilege to be picked out of so many applicants.”
