James Quilter was a central defender, who got into the youth team, but failed to break through into the first team.
Played for a number of clubs after leaving Tottenham, including Brentford, Southend United, Dagenham & Redbridge, Heybridge Swifts, Cambridge City, Bishop's Sortford, Takeley and Manford Way, playing at both centre-half or in central midfield.
Ended up at Clarence Park, playing for the Blue Square South club, St. Albans in January 2008.
