New chief Scout – John Seasman
Liverpool born.
Played for Tranmere Rovers as a midfielder, before becoming a striker with Luton Town, Millwall, Rotherham United, Cardiff City, Chesterfield and Rochdale, where he was a central defender. After 16 years of league football, John joined the non-league ranks as a part-timer with Runcorn, Aylesbury United, Hyde United, Accrington Stanley, Radcliffe Borough and Northwich Victoria.
Worked for PFA as a further education officer and voluntary training society education dept, who administer the National Football In The Community scheme. He was a Regional Director (Carlisle to Coventry) in the latter post.
Had worked as a part-time scout in the North-East for Spurs for two years before being appointed as chief scout.
Married to Nikki with children Amy (b. 1980), Daniel (b. 1984) and Hannah (b. 1988).
Moved into being a football agent after quitting
scouting.
