Jimmy Greaves beat Bobby Smith's league goal-scoring record on 1957-58 with 37 goals.

NOTES.

Home match against Manchester United set for October 1962 was postponed as a number of players were involved in Home International matches that weekend.

In February 1963 our home game with Sheffield United was postponed because of a frozen pitch.

TOURS

After the end of the season, Spurs travelled to South Africa to play three matches.
